The biggest key to unlock your potential
I was asked this week what's the most common key is that opens up the biggest shift in performance for new leaders.
Hands down, based on research and my own experience is once you drop the need for unrealistic perfection and fear of failure.
Removing this is like taking the block away that's stopping a jet from taking off.
Why?
Because you no longer hold yourself back with:
* procrastination
* risk avoidance
* over thinking
* harmful rumination
* micromanaging
These are all serious energy drains and barriers to allowing yourself to fully explore your potential.
If you fail, it's just feedback you learn from. If you need to get it right, prototype, test and fix fast. If your mind says, "hey but I'm not yet sure." Instead you say, we got this.
Once you realise you can be perfectly imperfect, no amount of negativity can hold you back. It's liberating. And only a small mindset shift away.
